That says it all. Faith. I had to have my lungs and kidneys drained yesterday. NOT a fun time. They got 6 oz from my lungs and quit. Did some "business" (won't gross you out) on my kidneys and said go home and pee and breathe. LOL Well SHOOT, isn't that what we all aspire to do? After having my ribs seperated yesterday, I am moving slow. As in, I asked the kitty babies to put on my socks for me. LOL Mark is working and doing his orientation for his new extra job tonight. But I am hungry for some comfort food. So I have a tuna noodle casserole in the oven.
Easy Tuna Noodle Casserole
1 package of extra wide egg noodles, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 can milk, 2 cans of drained tuna, 1 can of peas, 1/2 c shredded cheese, 1 sleeve of crushed saltines and 1 stick of melted margarine or butter. Salt and pepper to taste. You may add onion, I added onion powder.
Cook noodles per package direction and drain. Mix tuna, soup, milk and spices with noodles. Pour into a buttered casserole or 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Sprinkle crackers. Pour melted butter over top. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. YUM
I am far behind on my blog reading. And have several new links to add. Many of my Backporch Friends girls have started blogging and I will be adding them to my list. Will post about them soon. AND I received a couple of blog awards I will be passing along. So stay tuned! :o)

***shoot*** I had just left this comment on a post in December, really truly thinking that was your most recent post - and then I see this one! Sorry to hear about your health problems - I will keep you in my prayers!

Hello from Michigan! I "stumbled" across your blog again tonight (I should have gone to bed hours ago!!!)Anyway - I just wondered how you were doing? Please excuse me if I have the wrong person - but seems to me the last time I had seen your blog you were in the process of adopting a child - and I was just wondering if you were able to have that happen? And forgive me if something happened that was unpleasant, as it does so often with adoptions. Anyway - I hope everything is okay with you and your family! And it is good to see there are some bloggers in the Midwest yet! I hope to hear from you!

Hugs - Diane - a friend in Michigan

Goodness - I hope you are feeling better today Angela. It is never fun to spend the day having your lungs drained!! And from a nurses point of view - I agree that peeing is very important. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
