Easy Tuna Noodle Casserole
1 package of extra wide egg noodles, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 can milk, 2 cans of drained tuna, 1 can of peas, 1/2 c shredded cheese, 1 sleeve of crushed saltines and 1 stick of melted margarine or butter. Salt and pepper to taste. You may add onion, I added onion powder.
Cook noodles per package direction and drain. Mix tuna, soup, milk and spices with noodles. Pour into a buttered casserole or 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Sprinkle crackers. Pour melted butter over top. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. YUM

Hello from Michigan! I "stumbled" across your blog again tonight (I should have gone to bed hours ago!!!)Anyway - I just wondered how you were doing? Please excuse me if I have the wrong person - but seems to me the last time I had seen your blog you were in the process of adopting a child - and I was just wondering if you were able to have that happen? And forgive me if something happened that was unpleasant, as it does so often with adoptions. Anyway - I hope everything is okay with you and your family! And it is good to see there are some bloggers in the Midwest yet! I hope to hear from you!
Hugs - Diane - a friend in Michigan
I hope you are feeling a lot better now
thinking of you

Goodness - I hope you are feeling better today Angela. It is never fun to spend the day having your lungs drained!! And from a nurses point of view - I agree that peeing is very important. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
