Thought for the day...God always sends a rainbow.

And sometimes, even two. :o)

Everyone have a great weekend.

on wednesday it will mark one full year i have lived in da UP and away form my island home of 35 years on the westside of kauai. why to da UP after hawaii...my husband, mark, is a yooper and wanted to come home and...well... i really wanted a change. boy did i get one!!!! anyway...i do miss the rainbows. they were always so huge and bright...brilliant...like they were just going to burst or burn your eye balls out. many a near accident as a tourist was blinded by these rainbows and not paying attention to the road. and they usually doubled...did you know from the air a rainbow is acutally a circle?

The rainbow is a promise from God that He would never flood the earth again! With all of the rain we've had lately, it's a mighty good promise to hang on to!!

I saw the most beautiful rainbow I have ever seen here in England a couple of weeks ago, I was sheltering in an old barn from the rain with my dog and it was so peaceful, God is the original artist and the best. Goosey

Oh how beautiful. Well, if one rainbow brings you good luck, imagine how great you should do with a double one! So pretty.

The double rainbow gives you a chance to see that the outer rainbow has its colors in reverse order. Pretty cool, huh?

Hope your mothers' day was grand!
